I am trying to delete telegram api_key & api_hash, or atleast reset api_hash.

Someone has answered here . 这里已经有人回答了。 You can not revoke api_key now.您现在无法撤销 api_key。
But you can try to send e-mail to recover@telegram.org , to describe your problem or ask for help.但是您可以尝试发送电子邮件至recover@telegram.org ，描述您的问题或寻求帮助。
