Tensorflow 无法导入

Question

I can't import tensorflow, and it outputs an error. The code is only import tensorflow and the error is:

It have to be tensorflow 2, no tensorflow 1. It runs on windows.

Did you visit the https://www.tensorflow.org/install/errors URL mentioned, and click through to the two DLL load issues https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/22512 and https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/22794 ?

People seem to have had success downgrading to tensorflow==2.0.0 on Windows.
