So I finally found the solution.所以我终于找到了解决方案。 This is because of the buildpack used by Heroku.这是因为 Heroku 使用的 buildpack。 Heroku used to use 'Create React App' build pack but now it uses 'nodejs' buildpack as default, even for static react apps too.
