After the update from typo3 9.5.15 to 9.5.16, a backend-user does not see the page tree, instead, there is a message:从 typo3 9.5.15 更新到 9.5.16 后，后端用户看不到页面树，而是显示一条消息：

I changed the debug settings to Debug[Active] and no errors are shown.我将调试设置更改为 Debug[Active] 并且没有显示错误。
