Instead of storing api endpoints, service endpoints in gateway config, Can i use Redis database to store endpoint info.

No, this is not how Express Gateway works.不，这不是 Express Gateway 的工作方式。 The configuration must be in files as described in the documentation .配置必须在文档中描述的文件中。
