I have downloaded a project from Github to my pc. Unzipped it and renamed the folder. Now inside the folder I have some files as the below screen shot:

So when I tried to open it in visual studio 2019 by selecting the Vidly.sln from File > open > project/solution – then a pop-up message appears like below:

Also in package manager I can see:

So I click Restore for missing Nuget packages. After that I don't see any error; neither I can find any database files which I can double click as advised in the pop-up message. So I try to run update-database command in package manager thinking this will create the database. But it shows error:

 A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 50 - Local Database Runtime error occurred. Cannot create an automatic instance. See the Windows Application event log for error details.*
