Asterisk 队列事件

Question

I have a setup with queue and queue agents.

I'm using AMI daemon to receive events from queues.

Everything is working fine when agents added on queue and are not paused.

Now I need to redirect calls from queue to paused agents or non-queue agents.

I'm using AMI to redirect calls from queue to agents, but no events like AgentConnect, AgentCalled, AgentComplete are fired.

I use command like channel redirect SIP/1002-00000005 ext-local,1000,1

Is this the proper way to pickup the call from queue?

When you do ANY redirect or transfer outside queue your queue app loose control so will be no events.

You can use any method. Anyway you can't orginize queue so it do call to PAUSED member.
