I want to delete some teams from my organization but I don't want to lose the repositories that is being shared to those.

This is not a problem.这不是问题。 All your repos stay on github.您所有的存储库都保留在 github 上。 These are not tied to a team.这些与团队无关。 So you can safely delete it.所以你可以安全地删除它。
