I've got 2 suspensions in my google play console.

You can't publish an app with the exact same package id.您不能发布具有完全相同的 package id 的应用程序。 Neither on the same account, nor on another.既不是在同一个帐户上，也不是在另一个帐户上。 But you can transfer the ownership from one account to another through the Play Store.但是您可以通过 Play 商店将所有权从一个帐户转移到另一个帐户。
