Currently, Admin SDK docs say that programmatically I can create only SAML or OpenID Connect providers for tenants.

You can create a provider, as we can read on these documents [1] [2], but I don't see how to make it the "default", I guess that you would choose the one you created when configuring it [3].您可以创建一个提供者，正如我们在这些文档 [1] [2] 上看到的那样，但我不知道如何将其设置为“默认值”，我想您会在配置它时选择您创建的那个 [3 ].
