We have a form library in SharePoint and configured it to require content approval.我们在SharePoint有一个表单库，配置为需要内容审批。

I observed that whenever an item in this library is approved via the Approval/Rejection image button in the ribbon (please see picture below) the Modified column of this item gets updated but the Last Modified column value remains unchanged.我观察到，每当通过功能区中的批准/拒绝图像按钮批准此库中的项目时（请参见下图），该项目的修改列会更新，但上次修改列值保持不变。

I saw this happening in a form library (library having InfoPath forms) but my colleague informed me that she observed this occurrence in a document library as well.我在表单库（具有 InfoPath 表单的库）中看到了这种情况，但我的同事告诉我她在文档库中也观察到了这种情况。

Just wanted to check if anyone else has seen this behavior.只是想检查是否有其他人看到过这种行为。 In a situation like this i am wondering how am i supposed to get the name of the person who did the approval or rejection of the item?在这种情况下，我想知道我应该如何获得批准或拒绝该项目的人的姓名？

if you create a SharePoint workflow on the library above and set it to fire when item gets updated, then the workflow Initiator will be give the name of the person who did the content approval of the item.如果您在上面的库中创建一个 SharePoint 工作流并将其设置为在项目更新时触发，那么工作流发起者将给出对项目进行内容批准的人员的姓名。

You will not be able to get this by looking at the Last Modified.您将无法通过查看上次修改时间来获得此信息。
