I'm looking at the Thermostat/device traits available and the humidity trait appears to be read-only.

It looks like the API is limited right now and does not allow adjusting the humidity settings in a Nest thermostat.看起来 API 现在受到限制，并且不允许调整 Nest 恒温器中的湿度设置。 (It also doesn't allow for reading additional temperature sensors connected to the thermostats.)
