安装和创建数据库后 odoo 12 上的错误

Question

I have to start using odoo 12 on my job but I can't start using it, I have already 5 days searching on google to find an answer. I would be very grateful if you could please help me, with some of your wisdom :) After I install odoo on my computer and visit localhost:8069 for first time it asks me to create my database but after I do this it doesn't load the login page instead it gives me an 500 internal server error with this console log every time I refresh the page:
