I am working on FedEx integrations using testing credentials and the Rate Service has been returning the message "Rating is temporarily unavailable, please try again later."我正在使用测试凭据处理 FedEx 集成，并且 Rate Service 一直返回消息“评级暂时不可用，请稍后再试。” other services ie Ship, Validate etc seem to be working fine.其他服务，即 Ship、Validate 等似乎运行良好。

It was working fine a couple of days ago now every time I am getting the same response.几天前它工作正常，现在每次我得到相同的响应。 I am not sure if it is something to do with my code or FedEx service is down.我不确定这是否与我的代码有关或 FedEx 服务已关闭。

Turns out there is a problem with fedex Rating service and they are recommending using production credentials for the Rate service.事实证明，fedex 评级服务存在问题，他们建议对 Rate 服务使用生产凭据。

I got a response from FedEx via email saying that everyone is facing the same problem as mine and the development team is looking into the issue.我通过电子邮件收到了 FedEx 的回复，说每个人都面临着和我一样的问题，开发团队正在调查这个问题。

I was able to reproduce the same problem with production credentials.我能够使用生产凭据重现相同的问题。

In my case, the issue as the ShipTimestamp which was three months old.就我而言，问题是三个月前的ShipTimestamp 。

By setting it to match current datetime, I got no issue.通过将其设置为匹配当前日期时间，我没有任何问题。
