The answer is: no it is not immediately published and an app is also following the "managed publishing flow" again.答案是：不，它不会立即发布，应用程序也再次遵循“托管发布流程”。 So you can later decide when to publish the app to really be available.因此，您可以稍后决定何时发布应用程序以使其真正可用。

Note: you can't do anything else there besides publishing, so you can't decide to cancel the publishing.注意：除了发布你不能做任何其他事情，所以你不能决定取消发布。
