I don't think "submitting them directly to a web page" is possible, unless I'm misunderstanding. 我不认为“将它们直接提交到网页”是不可能的，除非我误会了。 Probably, the flow will be: 流程可能是：
User email->Server inbox->Database->Generated HTML 用户电子邮件->服务器收件箱->数据库->生成的HTML
