I have recently created an open source project in github.

If you have just published https://packagist.org/packages/sagautam5/local-states-nepal , check if the issue persists in time.如果您刚刚发布了https://packagist.org/packages/sagautam5/local-states-nepal ，请及时检查问题是否仍然存在。
The " Stars " link might have its value cached in the packagist.org page, and maybe in a few hours it will be updated. “ Stars ”链接的值可能会缓存在 packagist.org 页面中，并且可能会在几个小时内更新。
Or it was cached at the time of publication (Jan. 4th), and would be updated only if you were to upload a new version today.或者它在发布时（1 月 4 日）被缓存，只有在您今天上传新版本时才会更新。
