WordPress 带有锚链接的单个帖子页面列

I am converting a template from HTML to WordPress. The work is almost finished. But I can't solve a place at all.

A single post page will be in three columns. Menu in the right column, single post content in the middle and anchor link of the post content in the right side. No problem with menus and post content. The problem is how do I call the anchor links of the post in the right column? Can it be done with Metabox? Or any other better solution?

I want to do like bootstrap doc pages. I gave the screenshot below. enter image description hereThanks in advance.
