I've been using the same XAMPP apache installation for a long time with no issue.

Today I edited the php.ini file in order to try and resolve an issue in my application with file upload limit size and after saving the changes in the php.ini my apache server stopped working.今天我编辑了 php.ini 文件，以尝试解决我的应用程序中文件上传限制大小的问题，并且在保存 php.ini 中的更改后，我的 apache 服务器停止工作。 I restered XAMPP and it now says:我restered XAMPP 现在它说：

I resolved this by simply uninstalling and reinstalling xampp.我通过简单地卸载并重新安装 xampp 解决了这个问题。
It seems that editing the php.ini with apache running was the cause of the issue.似乎是在运行 apache 的情况下编辑 php.ini 是问题的原因。
