I am a beginner in Twincat and have been playing around with it.

You don't need to configure any parallell ports in TwinCAT 3 to run TwinCAT 3 software on your machine.您无需在 TwinCAT 3 中配置任何并行端口即可在您的机器上运行 TwinCAT 3 软件。
Not sure what 0x1028 means, but if you're running a 64-bit machine (which you these days most likely are doing) you need to enable Virtualization Technology Extensions (VT-x) in the BIOS of your computer.不确定 0x1028 是什么意思，但如果您运行的是 64 位计算机（您现在很可能正在这样做），您需要在计算机的 BIOS 中启用虚拟化技术扩展 (VT-x)。 You also need to run the command C:\TwinCAT\3.1\System\win8settick.bat (as administrator from the CMD)您还需要运行命令C:\TwinCAT\3.1\System\win8settick.bat （作为 CMD 管理员）
