We setup Sonar qube pull request decoration in AzureDevOps.

We cannot do this now, In the azure DevOps, we could see the Sonar report in the Sonar site.我们现在不能这样做，在 azure DevOps 中，我们可以在 Sonar 站点中看到 Sonar 报告。
