[英]rioxarray (or xarray) converts spatial_ref coordinate to variable after reprojecting and saving with to_netcdf?

As you can see after reprojecting the dataarray and saving it the file turns into dataset with spatial_ref as a new variable.正如您在重新投影数据数组并将其保存后所看到的那样,文件变成了以 spatial_ref 作为新变量的数据集。

I forgot to mention when I import the reprojected file is has no crs:我在导入重新投影的文件时忘记提及没有crs:
ds= xr.open_dataset("file_reprojected.nc")
ds.rio.crs # Retruns nothing
The issue was I did not set decode_coords="all" when I used xarray.open_dataarray.问题是我在使用 xarray.open_dataarray 时没有设置 decode_coords="all"。 With the following everything looks ok:有了以下一切看起来都很好:
