When reviewing the build steps on an Azure DevOps build, when I click on a given build step to get the details, instead of seeing the build detail output, I get the error:在查看 Azure DevOps 构建的构建步骤时，当我单击给定的构建步骤以获取详细信息时，而不是查看构建详细信息 output，我收到错误：

TF400893: Unable to contact the server. Please check your network connection and try again.
