I have been trying to get RabbitMQ's metrics to use it with prometheus and the query is "rabbitmq_identity_info" that I have used but no success.

Are you using the rabbitmq-exporter or the prometheus_rabbitmq_exporter plugin?您使用的是rabbitmq-exporter还是prometheus_rabbitmq_exporter插件？
If you are using the first one, probably you won't be able to see it, because it is available just from the plugin.如果您使用的是第一个，可能您将无法看到它，因为它只能从插件中获得。
