My first project working fine

But in second project suddenly disappeared project template items.但是在第二个项目中突然消失了项目模板项目。 I need UserControl item.我需要 UserControl 项目。
I check structure of.csproj files in both project, but i can't find difference.我检查了两个项目中的 .csproj 文件结构，但我找不到区别。 Please help, how to fix it?请帮助，如何解决它？

The problem was with the referenced Microsoft.Diagnostics.NETCore.Client library in the first project.问题在于第一个项目中引用的 Microsoft.Diagnostics.NETCore.Client 库。 After removing this library the problem is resolved.删除这个库后问题就解决了。
