I am trying to create a new project, but I get an error indication I have reached my project quota, I have shut down/deleted multiple projects but there seems to be a 30 day period during which the project still exists and I still cant create a new project.我正在尝试创建一个新项目，但收到错误指示我已达到我的项目配额，我关闭/删除了多个项目，但似乎有 30 天的时间该项目仍然存在，但我仍然无法创建一个新项目。 Is there a way to bypass the 30 day hold?有没有办法绕过 30 天保留？

Project quota is the number of projects you are allowed to create within your organization.项目配额是您可以在组织内创建的项目数量。 This is a bit more special then resource quotas you see under the quota page.这比您在配额页面下看到的资源配额更特殊。 Partially because this quota is tied to your Org/Billing account, also because deletion of the project has a 30 day grace period .部分原因是此配额与您的组织/计费帐户相关联，还因为删除项目有30 天的宽限期。

At the end of the 30-day period, the project and all of its resources are deleted and cannot be recovered.在 30 天期限结束时，项目及其所有资源将被删除且无法恢复。 Until it is deleted, the project will count towards your project quota.在删除之前，该项目将计入您的项目配额。

You won't be able to by-pass the 30 days hold while deleting your project ,Instead if you want to create new project you can request for project quota increase.If you attempt to exceed your project limit, the console will prompt you to fill out a request form.The form will require you to specify the number of additional projects you need,along with their corresponding email accounts, billing accounts, and intended uses.删除项目时，您将无法绕过 30 天保留期，相反，如果您想创建新项目，您可以请求增加项目配额。如果您尝试超过项目限制，控制台会提示您填写申请表。该表格将要求您指定您需要的额外项目的数量，以及相应的电子邮件帐户、计费帐户和预期用途。
