我想安装 npm 但它会出错

Question

I updated node.js and then could no longer run the SCSS project. when I ran 'npm run development', it did not work. So I deleted the 'node-modules' and tried to install again, But not installed. how to fix this problem? i want install npm on ubuntu build source but it will give error

I tried to clear the cache. I also tried installing on another drive.
