I've recently been trying to get all messages sent and received by a Whatsapp Business account.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.不幸的是，这是不可能的。 Once the number is registered with WhatsApp Business API it cannot be used with the Consumer or SMB App.一旦该号码在 WhatsApp Business API 注册，就不能与消费者或 SMB 应用程序一起使用。
