My android emulator was working fine.

If the XML file is still showing you a view of what should be there I'd say its an issue with the emulator your using, try the nexus 5X and let me know how you get on.如果 XML 文件仍然向您展示应该存在的内容，我会说这是您使用的模拟器的问题，请尝试使用 nexus 5X 并让我知道您的进展情况。
