I need a mailbox who allow SMTP via port 25 without SSL.

I don't know any and I don't expect that you find any (at least none that you would want to use).我不知道，我也不希望你找到任何（至少没有你想要使用的）。 "SMTP for Relay" and "SMTP for Submission" are different protocols for more than 20 years now. “用于中继的 SMTP”和“用于提交的 SMTP”是 20 多年以来的不同协议。 The latter usually requires authentication, which is an extension that is not common for the former.后者通常需要身份验证，这是前者不常见的扩展。
