I am trying to debug my nodejs application but on running javascript debugger, it's showing error.

If you're using VSCode, I recommend to expose a port at inspect like this:

nodemon --inspect=0.0.0.0:9229 index.js

and then you add something like this config to your .vscode/launch.json :
