Hey guys I just updated Android Studio, I am glad that they finally fixed the bug where you could not open up the Device Manager.

- Go to Preferences of Android Studio Go 到 Android Studio 的首选项
- Search for emulator, or navigate to tools -> Emulator搜索模拟器，或导航到工具 -> 模拟器
- Uncheck the Launch in a tool window取消选中 Launch in a tool window
