I have already download and installed the Anaconda. However, I have a blank page when I open the Jupyter Notebook.

I use Google Chrome and solved my problem by reading the official Jupyter Notebook page in the section "Jupyter fails to start".我使用谷歌浏览器并通过阅读“Jupyter 无法启动”部分中的官方 Jupyter Notebook 页面解决了我的问题。
