Doesn't Azure support Geo-Redundancy and Multi-region Writes options for serverless CosmosDB Core(SQL) account?

Yes you are right, It's a limitation with Serverless Accounts, According to docs ,是的，你是对的，根据文档，这是无服务器帐户的限制，
A serverless account can only run in a single Azure region.
There is some work being done in this area, but there is no ETA yet.这方面正在做一些工作，但还没有预计到达时间。
