I have 2 EC2 Instance Created on AWS server, I turn it ON only when I need to test something.

AWS and most public clouds do not usually charge for Stopped instances. AWS 和大多数公共云通常不对已停止的实例收费。 There will be a charge for EBS volumes though as it remains attached to your EC2 instances. EBS 卷将收取费用，因为它仍然附加到您的 EC2 实例。
