I found the reason why it was showing as F go to services in task manager and find the service "pgagent-pg14" and its status was STOPPED and running that would fail every time (can check in the windows event manager).我找到了为什么它显示为 F 的原因转到任务管理器中的服务并找到服务“pgagent-pg14”并且它的状态是 STOPPED 并且运行每次都会失败（可以检查 Windows 事件管理器）。 Uninstall everything and deleting every possible folder of Postgres and then cleaning out the registry will give you a better chance of it working in the next installation.卸载所有内容并删除所有可能的 Postgres 文件夹，然后清理注册表，这将使您在下次安装时更有机会使用它。
