I've also been looking for something like this, so far I've found https://github.com/TimSoethout/goodwe-sems-home-assistant and https://solargo.sems.com.cn/help which might be helpful for you. There's also an app called solargo which seems to directly connect to the inverter, perhaps it might be useful to try dumping its traffic and looking at that.
