AFAIK, you cannot configure Conditional Access to the application that is registered to support Personal account only. AFAIK，您不能将条件访问配置到注册为仅支持个人帐户的应用程序。

You can configure Conditional Access to applications that appear in Enterprise Applications list only.您只能为出现在企业应用程序列表中的应用程序配置条件访问。

When you registered an application with Personal Microsoft accounts only type, service principal won't be created, and it won't appear in Enterprise applications list.当您使用Personal Microsoft accounts only类型注册应用程序时，不会创建服务主体，也不会出现在企业应用程序列表中。

So, you cannot find your app in Cloud Apps section even you selected 'All Cloud Apps'.因此，即使您选择了“所有云应用”，您也无法在“云应用”部分找到您的应用。

So, even you selected 'All Cloud Apps' option and configured the Conditional Access policy, it won't be applied on your app.因此，即使您选择了“所有云应用程序”选项并配置了条件访问策略，它也不会应用于您的应用程序。
