We have a application which uses fiddler SDK for C#, using which we capture all the request and response for the websites mentioned in the PAC file.

It might not be the cause of your issue, but I experienced something similar when the "Decrypt HTTPS traffic" option was checked.这可能不是您问题的原因，但是当检查“解密HTTPS流量”选项时，我经历了类似的事情。 And that because Fiddler uses a self signed ssl certificate of its own in order to decrypt the https traffic.那是因为 Fiddler 使用自己的自签名 ssl 证书来解密 https 流量。
