重置 Office 365/Windows 10 MS-Word 中的文本格式

Question

I was copying from internet page and pasting in a word document, but some times it is difficult to change the format (at least I don't know how to do it).

In the first image I need to remove the dark-gray text-background (originally the text was in black, but I can't to remove the color-background and I changed the text-foreground to white in order to do it readable).

EDIT: According to response I do:

In the second image as you can see even I put a break page, the format is still present. I need to reset the format.

How to perform these changes in MS-Word (Office 365 in Windows 10)?

Select the text that you want to return to its default formatting. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear All Formatting. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear All Formatting.
