Libreoffice - 将 Excel 转换为 PDF：受保护的视图

I am using the Windows LibreOffice install and the command line "soffice.exe" to perform a Excel to PDF conversion via shell_exec in PHP. The conversion works fine, however the cells that are "calculated" are not being converted properly. The result PDF has them as all zeros. It looks the same as when I open the Excel file directly, before I click the "Enable Editing" on the protected view action bar. After I do this in Excel, the values change from zeros to the calculated values.

My question is, how can I force LibreOffice to convert this Excel file WITH the calculated cells? I've looked here ( https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/shared/guide/start_parameters.html ) for any arguments I can pass to tell is to disable protected view, but I'm not seeing anything.

Any ideas??
