If your locale is en_US , then make sure the email template exists at如果您的语言环境是en_US ，请确保 email 模板存在于

app/locale/en_US/template/email/password_or_email_changed.html

If you are using other locale, then make sure the folder and file exists at如果您使用的是其他语言环境，请确保该文件夹和文件存在于

app/locale/{locale}/template/email/password_or_email_changed.html
