Team is looking for a way to test WOPI integration with M365 (Word Online) without enrolling to Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program (CSPP). Can the Microsoft 365 E5 developer sandbox subscription used for WOPI integration test with M365?

Afaik not .

Integrating with Office Online requires that your host domain is white-listed by Microsoft.

The E5 only gives you client licenses to be able to access the WOPI client (Office Online).
