Not able to close a TF bug in Gus https://gus.my.salesforce.com/a07EE000014eS82YAE

this test is removed a week before. It gets reopened again even if no run is there. Is there a way to close this bug marking as removed test case and it doesn't reopens?

Seems test is still Active on this autobuild, Would it possible to share the CL where test was removed?
