When I log in into my google cloud console, it doesn't show any services/resources I created.

Maybe you have deleted the service that's the reason it's showing blank content.也许您已经删除了服务，这就是它显示空白内容的原因。 I have created a service and then deleted i can see as below image.我创建了一个服务，然后删除了我可以看到如下图。 So, can you cross check once again by clicking on the create service.

I was having the same problem, I found out that for some reason the IAM Service was deactivated, I was able to activate it following the link in this page:我遇到了同样的问题，我发现由于某种原因 IAM 服务被停用，我能够通过此页面中的链接激活它：
