I am trying to solve the ORA-12514 error.

In SQL Devloper's Connections pane right click on your database name - on a context menu click Properties and then check all the data, including SERVICE_NAME and compare it with your TNSNAMES.ora file.在 SQL Devloper 的连接窗格中，右键单击您的数据库名称 - 在上下文菜单中单击属性，然后检查所有数据，包括 SERVICE_NAME 并将其与您的 TNSNAMES.ora 文件进行比较。
