I've added a lookup field to a document library, and it is possible to choose values as expected in "Edit properties" for a single document.

Required lookup fields do not show up in datasheet view. 所需的查找字段不会显示在数据表视图中。 You need to make the lookup field optional. 您需要使查找字段为可选。

I had the same problem with my fields defined as site columns. 我将字段定义为网站栏存在相同的问题。 After opening and saving column definition in list, datasheet started to work perfectly... 打开并保存列表中的列定义后，数据表开始正常工作...
