We are searching for a Forum solution to integrate with one of the intranet solutions we have developed.

Give DotNetNuke a try. 尝试一下DotNetNuke。
It has a forum module and I am pretty sure it supports integration with Active Directory. 它有一个论坛模块，我很确定它支持与Active Directory集成。
