New to Salesforce and having some issues with the Approval Process setup. Salesforce新手,并且在审批流程设置方面存在一些问题。 I have combed the web looking for solutions but nothing is working, uhg. 我已经梳理了网络寻找解决方案,但没有任何工作,呃。

I have a multi set approval process in place and that part is working fine, what I need is a email template (Which I think I have but not a good one) that I can reply Yes, Y, Approve or No, N, Reject, etc... to approval/reject the case. 我有一套多套审批流程,那部分工作正常,我需要的是一个电子邮件模板(我认为我有但不是一个好的)我可以回复是,Y,批准或否,N,拒绝等等......批准/拒绝此案。

Ok well after much search on the web I did find the solution for replying by email, very simple. 好吧,经过网上搜索,我确实找到了通过电子邮件回复的解决方案,非常简单。

Under: Set up -> Create -> Workflow & Approvals -> Settings 在:设置 - >创建 - >工作流程和批准 - >设置

You need to enable Email Approval Response option, this will generate an email that looks to be from the user who created it but when you hit reply you will see the user to whom you're replying to will change to the SF Approval Process Reply email. 您需要启用电子邮件批准响应选项,这将生成一封看起来来自创建它的用户的电子邮件,但是当您点击回复时,您将看到您回复的用户将更改为SF Approval Process回复电子邮件。
