I'm planning on using Keychain in an iPhone app to store some username/password information.

If you use the crypto libraries already available in the iPhone SDK, then no, you will not need a CCATS. 如果您使用iPhone SDK中已经可用的加密库，则不会，您将不需要CCATS。 Technically any encryption exporting will be Apple's encryption code and so you should be free and clear. 从技术上讲，任何加密导出都是Apple的加密代码，因此您应该自由自在。
